Records Center Operations
We have created three new fillable Excel forms for use by RMC Customers: Interfile Transfer Cover Sheet, Transfer Manifest and Boxed Records Data Form. All three forms are used when Agencies wish to send records to the RMC for storage, or wish to return records to the RMC for continued storage.

The State Records Management Center (RMC) offers low-cost, high-density, secure storage solutions for state agency records. The Records Center is located just west of the capital mall at 1919 West Jefferson Street in Phoenix.
Inactive records may be stored for state agencies that are on approved retention schedules for that agencies or on the General Retention Schedules approved for State Agencies. The General Retention Schedules for State Agencies, Boards and Commissions are here. Records stored at the Records Center remain in the legal custody of the originating agency.
