The Consulting and Analysis section provides professional level records management services to state and local government agencies. These services include:
Records Management Training
Records management training, from customized 10 minute management briefings to full-day programs, are given by staff presenters who are experienced trainers and educators, as well as records management professionals. A syllabus of established classes, and of regularly scheduled sessions are supplemented by special sessions given at various agency sites on a demand basis.
Records Management Consulting
Records Management Consulting is provided at no cost to state and local government agencies in Arizona. RMD consultants each have experience in records management, and are always available for advice and guidance regarding government records. In-depth studies and projects are usually beyond the division's resources, and most of the consulting is best coordinated through agency staff capable of learning and carrying on a records management project.
