Accessing Arizona Public Records
Public Records Requests should be made directly to the agency where the records reside. Title 39 of the Arizona Revised Statutes covers public records requests, and requires that public records and other matters in the custody of any officer shall be open to inspection by any person at all times during business hours.
Arizona Permanent records may reside with the creating agency or at the Arizona State Archives. Contact the creating agency or the Arizona State Archives:

| Adoptions |
Arizona adoption records are sealed in Arizona for 99 years, but a Confidential Intermediary may be able to help you. The Arizona Supreme Court administers the Confidential Intermediary program.
