| Job Description: | 3 Temporary positions (2 part-time, 1 fulltime) Assist library users with hardware and software needs. Diagnose hardware and software problems. Monitor fee based print system. | |
| Requirements: | Basic knowledge of microcomputer hardware, software and operating systems. Customer service experience in an academic or educational setting. Knowledge of presentation and video-editing software. Ability to work with diverse population. Associate or Technical degree preferred. | |
