This U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service site allows searchable access to the National Image Library collection of public domain still photographs of wildlife, plants, National Wildlife Refuges and other scenic images. - Land Office Records
The U.S. Bureau of Land Management’s General Land Office (GLO) site contains records of two million land patents and provides access to a database of federal land conveyance records for thirty-two states issued between 1820 and 1908. This does not include the original thirteen colonies, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas and Hawaii.
