WebJunction is a portal for staff in libraries and museums to learn, share, discuss and have fun! It provides information on policies and practices, with specific guidance on technology planning, acceptable use policies, accessibility, and marketing strategies.

Outcome Based Evaluation
IMLS defines outcomes as benefits to people: specifically, achievements or changes in skill, knowledge, attitude, behavior, condition, or life status for program participants. The links provide useful evaluation tools.
