State Grants In Aid


The state grants-in-aid program was developed in 1981 through legislative appropriations to help Arizona libraries meet the information needs for Arizona residents. In 2006, the Arizona Legislature awarded the State Library $651,400 for this program.  The money is allocated as follows:

SGIA requires that recipient libraries meet the following criteria:

-- Final Construction Report 2007

-- Final Construction Budget 2007

-- Final General Report 2007

-- Final General Budget 2007
