ARTability

ARTability serves as a bridge between arts organizations and individuals with disabilities by promoting accessible programming in the arts and facilitating connections to services and resources.
Arts institutions across Arizona have recognized the need for making arts events accessible and enriching experiences for all members of the community, regardless of disability. These include performances of plays and opera with audio descriptions available for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. ARTability is a quality-driven community-wide program that focuses on these issues. ARTability serves over 289,000 individuals with disabilities statewide, and 640 arts organizations statewide. For more information and a calendar of accessible performances and events go to www.artability.org/mainmenu.html.
