NEW BIBLIOGRAPHIES AVAILABLE

Public services staff updated and adapted several of the book lists developed by the talking book library staff at Wolfner Library, in Jefferson City, Missouri.  They deleted all the older books that are likely to be in poor condition and added some additional books, including many that were locally produced.

You may request a copy of any of the adapted bibliographies by simply calling or writing to us here at the Library.  The topics are Action and Adventure, Animal Stories, Best Sellers, Biographies & Autobiographies, Christian Award Winners, Christmas Season, Historical Fiction, Humor, Mysteries, Mystery Award Winners, Religion, Romance Award Winners, Top Rated Book Club Selections, and Westerns.  You can find the complete list of Wolfner bibliographies at http://www.sos.mo.gov/wolfner/readings.asp.

You can also check our web site, www.lib.az.us/braille for additional reading suggestions, including reader advisor Henry Hayden’s quarterly BookTalk.
