September 2005

Thanks to all of you who took time to respond to the annual survey sent to a randomly selected group of patrons in July. And thanks also for the nice comments many of you added in the margins of the survey.

One of the survey questions asked if the patron is receiving the right number of books, and we were astonished to learn that nearly 10 percent of the respondents stated they are not receiving enough books. Please call us and let us know if the number of books you receive is inadequate. We can’t know that you need more books if you don’t tell us! Our number in the Phoenix area is 602-255-5578 and from elsewhere in the state it is 800-255-5578.
