Reader Advisor Jim Lovell passed away very unexpectedly on July 6. Jim had been with the Talking Book Library for five years and was responsible for patrons whose last names begin with the initial letters M through R and for young readers through the age of 16. Prior to joining the Talking Book Library Jim had worked in both the law library and the genealogy library at the Arizona State Library at the Capitol. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force and a former middle-school teacher. Jim is survived by two daughters, a son, and two grandchildren. Talking Book Library staff and some of his patrons purchased several books for the genealogy library in his memory.
