Celebrating our New Staff

Please join us in welcoming our new reader advisor, Kim Bell, who joined the public services staff on October 3.  Kim is responsible for patrons whose last names begin with the letters M through R and for all our young patrons through age 16.  Kim came to us from the City of Mesa Public Library and earned her library degree from the University of Arizona in August, 2005.  Kim wants her patrons to know that she’s happy to be here and, for all of those who have not asked her yet, she wants them to know that she’s 39.

The staff in the mail room has changed over the last year and the energetic people who make sure the books are ready to go out to you every morning are Tina, Bea, and James.  We appreciate their hard work checking in, inspecting, and checking out 3000 to 4000 books each day.
