Linda Montgomery began her library career at the Daly City Public Library, California, in children’s services from 1975-1977. She worked at the South Caroliniana Library at the University of South Carolina, 1978-1984 where she also received her Master of Library Science Degree. In 1985 she joined the staff of the Arizona State Braille and Talking Book Library. She served first as Special Services Librarian, then as Assistant Director, and in 1993 was appointed Director.
